People in London CAN be Nice

Hey all! I have just a couple updates today - nothing huge.

I woke up this morning and did some chores. I walked up to the store and was amazed that two people smiled at me along the way. It made me so happy to find nice people in London! I did some shopping and the cashier was very nice to me. He said I had nice eyes (it wasn't creepy, don't worry). After the store, I came back and felt very domestic. I cooked some chicken for a couple meals, cut up some strawberries, and cleaned up the kitchen and common room because the cleaning lady came unexpectedly.

After that morning, I packed a lunch and planned to eat it in the park near my school. Sam, Jordan, and Chelsey were there, so I chatted and ate with them. Then, we headed to theatre to talk about Dancing at Lughnasa. After that, I had a break and then Sociology. Sociology, as usual, was fairly repetitive and we didn't learn much. Our teacher was nice, though, and brought us hot cross buns. She also let us have the last 15 minutes of class out in the park.

Now I'm back at the flat, getting ready to do some art things and probably some journaling. Very fun!
